AMENITIES CALENDAR RESERVATIONS:
Management will be providing a weekly Social & Business Lounge Reservation Calendar update
to notify Residents of dates the Social & Business Lounge is reserved. If you are interested in
scheduling a Social or Business Lounge reservation or have any questions regarding requirements,
please contact Lena Kayed: lkayed@actionlife.com
For the week of Friday, February 14th, 2025 – Thursday, February 20th, 2025, there are five (5)events scheduled:
Social Lounge
Saturday, February 15, 5pm-10pm
Tuesday, February 18, 6pm-8pm
Thursday, February 20, 5pm-11pm
Business Lounge
Saturday, February 15, 8am-1pm
Thursday, February 20, 5pm-9pm

HOLIDAY OFFICE CLOSURE
The Management Office will be closed Monday, February 17, 2025 in observance of Presidents’
Day.
Our front desk team will still be available 24/7 to assist residents.
BODY FIT TRAINING EVENT
Sign-up to join BFIT training on the yoga deck Wednesday, February 19th between 5:30pm7:30pm.

ST. PATRICK’S DAY HAPPY HOUR
Come join your neighbors for a St. Patrick’s themed Happy Hour on Monday, March 17, 2024
6:00 pm-8:00pm in the Social Lounge! Beer, Wine, snacks and non alcoholic beverages will be
provided.
In order to confirm your reservation, we will be collecting a $10.00 per person deposit for this
event. This will be refunded to you when you sign into event. If you are a No Show or cancel after
March 13th, then you will forfeit the deposit. In order to confirm your reservation, please bring
a check for $10.00 per person to front desk. (If you are an owner and would like to charge this
to your account, please check the box on the registration form).

BOOK CLUB
Are you looking to meet up with a fun group? The Book Club at Savina is for you! Members select
books on a round-robin system (which makes adding new members easy), and we get together
monthly (usually at 6 PM on the last Monday of the month, though sometimes we change it for
the holidays). Does it sound like fun? Join us at our next meeting, Monday, February 24th, at 6
PM in the Business Center. The book we’ll discuss is “Tomorrow, And Tomorrow, And
Tomorrow” By Gabrielle Zevin. Hope to see you there!

NEIGHBORHOOD UPDATE
The Food Hall and Basta in the Little Italy Piazza is closing permanently. This Sunday, February
16, they will be closing their doors for good. More details to come on who will be taking over the
space.

some items that hopefully pique your interest and get you up and out in the city. Please see below
