At the Board Meeting a motion was passed to form four Committees allowing up to five residents per Committee. If you would like to volunteer for any of these Committees listed below, please email: mcasillas@actionlife.com or jswinton@actionlife.com.
Amenities Committee: The Amenities Committee is designed to evaluate and suggest changes related to the amenities of the Savina Condominium Owners Association.
Rules Committee: The Rules Committee members are tasked with the review and evaluation of the building’s Rules and Regulations (Residential Handbook) to ensure that the CC&Rs are clarified to all owners through a detailed set of the Residential Handbook.
Safety & Security Committee: The Safety & Security Committee members are to evaluate and improve the safety & security of the homeowners, visitors and property within the Association.
Social Committee: The Social Committee plans, coordinates and hosts numerous events throughout the year.
Each Committee will be working with Management under the Committee Charter Guidelines pursuant to the Board of Directors.
