Management will be providing a weekly Social & Business Lounge Reservation Calendar update
to notify Residents of dates the Social & Business Lounge is reserved. If you are interested in
scheduling a Social or Business Lounge reservation or have any questions regarding requirements,

FOOD DELIVERY SURVEY
We would like to encourage as many owners as possible to submit their comments via email or
through the provided online link. The online deadline and email comment period will end on
Tuesday, March 11, 2025. The survey as of March 7, 2025 is running 54.8% against the change
and 45.2% for the change. There is still time to provide your comments to the Board.

FINANCIAL COMMITTEE
The Board is looking for a couple owners to volunteer to serve on the Financial Committee. The
committee will meet two times per year. Once at the mid-year point and again closer to the fiscal
year end which is December 31, 2025. If you are interested, please email Jabbear Swinton, GM
at jswinton@actionlife.com. A short bio of why you would like to serve on the Financial
Committee is recommended.
WATER METER BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Management has sourced bids to replace the water meter batteries in all 285 units. Once the
Board approves a proposal, Management will reach out to arrange for access to your unit. Please
note that Management will provide a time and schedule for entry that will only be changed based
on a specific mandatory need like health, small children, or pets. It will be important to grant
access as we will only have a certain amount of runs per the contract.
ST. PATRICK’S DAY HAPPY HOUR – LAST WEEK TO RSVP
Come join your neighbors for a St. Patrick’s themed Happy Hour on Monday, March 17, 2025
6:00 pm-8:00pm in the Social Lounge! Beer, wine, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be
provided.
In order to confirm your reservation, we will be collecting a $10.00 per person deposit for this
event. This will be refunded to you when you sign into event. If you are a No Show or cancel after
March 13th, then you will forfeit the deposit. In order to confirm your reservation, please bring
a check for $10.00 per person to front desk. (If you are an owner and would like to charge this
to your account, please check the box on the registration form).

PET RETREAT CLOSURE – UPDATE
The 5th floor pet retreat area will be closed until further notice. The old turf has been removed
and the area has been deep cleaned, the next step is to install new turf. Unfortunately, installation
cannot begin until there is no rain in the forecast as the adhesive needs time to dry. During this
time, dogs will need to be taken outside and away from the building to be relieved.
GENERATOR LOAD TEST
The generator load test has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 26, 2025. There will be no
moves or deliveries scheduled that day as it could affect the operation of the elevators. It is possible
that the switch over may also impact the front desk computer and phone system. If this does occur
and you need to contact the front desk please call or text the cell phone 619-904-5445.
WINDOW WASHING – RESCHEDULED
Window washing has been rescheduled due to equipment repair. We will send out an
updated schedule as soon as we have it.
BOOK CLUB
Are you looking for a fun and exciting group activity? Look no further! The Book Club at Savina
is the perfect fit for you. Here’s how it works: members pick books on a rotating basis, so it’s easy
to join and participate. They meet monthly, usually on the last Monday of the month at 6 PM, but
sometimes adjust the schedule for holidays. Does this sound like something you’d enjoy? They’d
love to have you join!
Our next meeting is on Monday, March 31st, at 6 PM in the Lobby Business Center. We’ll be
discussing “Presumed Innocent” by Scott Turow. Hope to see you there!
