SHOWER CARTRIDGE MISTAKE
We’d like to clarify a recent update regarding the Grohe shower cartridge (part
number GR-47-860-000). We had previously shared that this part was being
discontinued. After speaking directly with Grohe, we’ve confirmed that the cartridge
itself is not being discontinued.
It appears our preferred vendor may have been referring to the trim kits—the external
hardware—some of which are being phased out, not the actual cartridge. We apologize
for the confusion and appreciate your understanding.
If you’ve already purchased a cartridge based on the earlier information and can return
it, we recommend doing so—unless you plan to have it replaced in the near future.
As always, feel free to reach out with any questions.
ONGOING BUILDING MAINTENANCE
• Glass door repair yoga terrace/pool area
• Waiting for part to repair right-side heater in dry sauna (left side is operational
and sauna is open for use. May take longer to reach desired temp due to only
one heater functioning)
COMPLETED BUILDING MAINTENANCE

BUILDING REMINDERS
Parking Spaces: Park only in your assigned spot and ensure your guests are aware of
visitor parking guidelines.
Trash & Recycling
• Be sure to break down boxes and dispose of trash in the proper bins.
• Recyclables go in the blue bins—please no plastic bags, food waste, or
Styrofoam.
• The trash chute is cleaned every Thursday some time between 11am-1pm. If
you find your trash chute is locked during this time please try again after 1pm
PARKADE UPDATE
To ensure accurate data on Parkade, the ability to create parking spots yourself has
been removed. Instead, Management has verified all parking assignments/deeds,
eliminating duplicates and incorrect assignments.
Moving forward, spot assignments will need to be initially confirmed by
Management before anyone can start subleasing a parking spot. The data provided
by Management — including resident and parking spot assignments — will be
uploaded soon. Parking spots have been assigned according to the associations
policy, either to unit owners only or directly to tenants.
We apologize in advance for any issues or discrepancies during the process. Once
the data is uploaded, open the Parkade app, check your assigned spot and confirm it
is correct. If you believe your assignment is incorrect or don’t see a spot when you
should have one, please contact Armando at aherrera@actionlife.com. In some
cases, since spots can only be assigned to one account, your spot may have been
assigned to another person in your unit. Please double-check before reaching out.
STAMP OUT HUNGER FOOD DRIVE
If you picked up a Food Drive Bag from the Front Desk, please bring it down by
12pm on Saturday, May 10 for USPS to pick up.
QUICK TIPS FOR CONDO LIVING
1. Clean Your Bathroom Fan Vents
Dust buildup in your bathroom fan reduces airflow and can lead to moisture problems. A
simple wipe or vacuum every few months helps prevent mildew and keeps air moving.
2. Vacuum Behind the Washer and Dryer
Lint and dust can pile up behind your laundry appliances—posing a fire risk and
reducing efficiency. A quick vacuum twice a year can make a big difference.
3. Check for Signs of Mold Around Windows
Moisture or condensation on window frames can cause mold if left unchecked. Wipe
down window edges regularly and look out for any dark or musty spots.
4. Test Your Garbage Disposal
Run it with cold water and a few ice cubes or citrus peels to keep blades sharp and odors
away. If it hums but doesn’t spin, it may be jammed—don’t force it!
MOVES AND DELIVERIES
All moves and deliveries must be scheduled through Management.
A delivery is classified as any oversized item that does not fit on a bell cart and/or is over
70lbs and is being delivered directly to your unit by the company. A move is classified as
more than 5 items being removed or delivered to the unit.
Email Armando aherrera@actionlife.com to schedule.
