Community Update 5/16/25
SUMMER POOL SEASON IS ALMOST HERE
We’re excited to kick off another sunny season at the pool! To help everyone enjoy a
safe, clean, and relaxing environment, please keep these important rules in mind:
• No glass containers in the pool area
• No smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, in any part of
Association Property, which includes the pool area
• Limit of 4 guests per unit
• No personal speakers
• No running in or around the pool for your safety
• Children must be supervised at all times, no throwing toys or balls, and no
large inflatable floaties or loungers
• Appropriate attire is required – shoes and shirts must be worn when walking
through the building to access the pool
Let’s all do our part to be good neighbors and help keep the pool a fun and welcoming
place for the entire community.
A MESSAGE FROM YOUR RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
After two rewarding years at Savina, I’m excited to share that I’ve been given the
opportunity to take on a new role within Action Property Management and will be
transitioning to a different building. My last day at Savina will be May 24, 2025.
It has truly been a pleasure serving the residents here. I have appreciated your kindness,
support, and sense of community that makes Savina so special. While I will miss seeing
many familiar faces every day, I am excited for this new chapter and staying connected.
Wishing you all the very best! ~Lena
PARKADE UPDATE REMINDER
To ensure accurate data on Parkade, the ability to create parking spots yourself has
been removed. Instead, Management has verified all parking assignments/deeds,
eliminating duplicates and incorrect assignments.
Moving forward, spot assignments will need to be initially confirmed by
Management before anyone can start subleasing a parking spot. The data provided
by Management — including resident and parking spot assignments — will be
uploaded soon. Parking spots have been assigned according to the associations
policy, either to unit owners only or directly to tenants.
We apologize in advance for any issues or discrepancies during the process. Once
the data is uploaded, open the Parkade app, check your assigned spot and confirm it
is correct. If you believe your assignment is incorrect or don’t see a spot when you
should have one, please contact Armando at aherrera@actionlife.com. In some
cases, since spots can only be assigned to one account, your spot may have been
assigned to another person in your unit. Please double-check before reaching out.
MEMBERSHIP MEETING
This month’s meeting was rescheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2025. The meeting will
open to owners at 6pm in the Social Lounge or via Zoom.

Below is the tentative remaining window washing schedule, subject to change.
