RETRIVING PACAKGES

To ensure the stock room operates efficiently, it is essential that all packages are picked up from the package room promptly.

Timely retrieval of deliveries helps prevent clutter and congestion, making it easier for staff to organize and access inventory as needed.

With so many packages arriving, your help would be invaluable and appreciated!

GARAGE SPEED REMINDER

To maintain a safe environment for all residents and visitors, all drivers must operate their vehicles at a safe and controlled speed within the parking garage.

Per the Savina Residential Handbook (12.4 Speed and Lights):

The maximum speed limit is 5 miles per hour, and all drivers are required to observe this limit at all times.

Blind spots may be present, so it is recommended that headlights be turned on while driving in the garage to enhance visibility.

These guidelines are in place to protect the community and ensure smooth traffic flow throughout the garage. As a community, we sincerely value your cooperation and the respect you show to your fellow residents by following these guidelines.

PARKING REMINDER – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please do not park in another resident’s designated parking space without their permission.

Even if a space appears empty, it is reserved for the assigned resident who may return at any time. Unauthorized parking causes unnecessary frustration, inconvenience, and delays.

Per the Savina Residential Handbook (Section 12.12):

“Any vehicles parked in Parking Spaces assigned to other Residents… may be towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense.”

Residents have the right to report unauthorized vehicles in their spaces. Towed vehicles may result in additional fees and penalties, which are the full responsibility of the vehicle owner.

As a community, we appreciate your cooperation and respect for your neighbors.

WALK-IN SHOWER MAINTENANCE REMINDER

If your unit has a walk-in shower, please take a moment to check a couple of important items regularly to help prevent leaks and potential water damage:

  1. Hair Catcher:
Be sure to clean the hair catcher frequently — especially if you shed more hair than usual. A clogged drain can cause water to pool and potentially overflow, leading to damage to your flooring, baseboards, or even the unit below.
  2. Shower Door Sweeper (Bottom Seal):
The plastic strip at the bottom of your shower door is designed to prevent water from escaping underneath. Over time, this strip can wear out, become loose, and allow water to leak. Please inspect it occasionally and replace it as needed.  Routine maintenance of these items helps protect your home and your neighbors from avoidable water issues.
