As owners begin removing their purchased items, you’ll notice less seating available in the pool and grill areas throughout the rest of the week and into the weekend. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this brief transition.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ELECTRONIC VOTING FOR THE DECEMBER 2025 ELECTION
Background:
California has passed a law allowing HOAs to conduct elections electronically. Your Association adopted new election rules to enable this and finalized them in January 2025. Electronic balloting will now be used for the upcoming Annual Meeting and Board Election on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
How Electronic Voting Works
- Each condo owner will select one email address through the Association’s portal.
- The selected email will receive a unique voting link from the vendor Ballot Box.
- This link will include your username and password to access your ballot.
- After submitting your vote, you will receive a receipt confirming your vote has been cast.
Can I Still Get a Paper Ballot?
Yes. If you prefer to vote by paper ballot instead of electronically:
- You must notify the Association by September 1, 2025.
- This gives the Association time to prepare the correct lists for Ballot Box.
- If you later change your mind, your voting method must be updated at least 30 days (suggested 60 days)before the election.
Key Dates to Remember
- September 1, 2025– Deadline to request a paper ballot
- October 8, 2025– Recommended deadline to change your voting method
- December 10, 2025– Election date
If you have any questions or need help with setting your preferred voting method, please contact Management at any time.
RITE AID AT 1411 KETTNER BLVD CLOSING
The Rite Aid located at 1441 Kettner Blvd will be closing its doors as part of a broader company closure.
While no official closing date has been announced, we encourage anyone who relies on this location for prescriptions or convenience items to make alternative arrangements as soon as possible.
We understand this may be inconvenience, and we’ll continue to share any updates we receive regarding the closure or nearby alternatives.
PARKING AND PARKADE USAGE CLARIFICATION
We’re here to clear up any confusion you might have about parking and using the Parkade app for renting out parking spaces.
If you spot an unauthorized car parked in your spot and want it towed by Western Towing, just give the front desk a call. We’ll double-check the space number, snap a picture of the car, and make sure it doesn’t belong to you before reaching out to the towing company.
Now, if you’re renting out your space through the Parkade app and a renter stays longer than they’re supposed to, the best thing to do is give them a friendly nudge through the app before involving the front desk. The Parkade app suggests trying to resolve any issues with the renter directly to avoid any misunderstandings or towing situations.
Our goal is to keep towing to a minimum and avoid any unnecessary hassle.
The front desk is fully aware of these procedures. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to management directly.
And if you need to contact Western Towing, their number is (619) 297-8697.
