BALCONY SATETY NOTICE
The Association’s construction experts have identified a potential issue with missing or unsupported fasteners on some balcony glass railings.
Residents are encouraged to inspect their balconies and, if any fasteners appear missing or loose, please email our resident services coordinator, Jules Orozco at:
Jorozco@actionlife.com to report the needed repair and Jules will assist with scheduling your unit’s repairs with La Mesa Glass.
As a precaution, we also advise residents to avoid leaning on the balcony glass while further evaluations are underway.
Please see the attached notice from the Association’s legal counsel for additional details.

“NO KINGS” RALLY AND MARCH – DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO, 10/18/25
Please be advised that another “No Kings” rally and march is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Downtown San Diego, which may affect traffic and accessibility in the surrounding area.
The primary event will be held at Waterfront Park (1600 Pacific Highway) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with additional coordinated gatherings at Civic Center Plaza (1200 Third Avenue) and Ruocco Park (585 Harbor Lane).
These events are intended to be peaceful demonstrations, though large attendance is expected, which may result in temporary street closures, limited parking availability, and increased pedestrian and vehicle congestion throughout the morning and early afternoon.
As a precautionary measure, the residential gate will remain closed for the duration of the event on Saturday to ensure building and resident security.
Residents and guests are encouraged to plan accordingly, allow extra travel time, and consider alternate routes or public transportation when traveling to and from the property during this time.

During this treatment window, please avoid the treated areas until they are completely dry and keep nearby windows closed for safety.
For more information, please refer to the attached notice flyer or check the posting on the bulletin board or in the elevators.
OUTGOING RETURN PACKAGES UPDATE
In the past, carrier drivers were doing us a courtesy by picking up return packages that were not scheduled in advance.
However, they have recently updated their protocol, and moving forward, all return packages must be scheduled directly with the carrier (such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ensure collection.
If a return is not scheduled, drivers may decline to take the package unless it is handed to them directly by a staff member.
To help ensure your packages are picked up and processed promptly, please begin scheduling pick-ups directly with the carrier while continuing to drop them off as usual.
When a scheduled pick-up is in place, the driver will scan your return before leaving our ACO office, and you should receive a confirmation email promptly—rather than experiencing delays where returns are collected but not scanned until the end of the day.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to keep the process seamless and efficient for everyone!
GUEST ARRIVAL & PARKING PROCEDURES
To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, we would like to remind residents of the proper procedures when expecting guests at Savina.
✅ Before your guest arrives:

- Estimated time of arrival
- Vehicle make/model and license plate
- Parking space they will be using
Guests may call the lobby number when they arrive, (619) 255-1204, but please make sure to notify us first so we can be prepared to assist.
Parking Reminders:
- Savina does not have guest parking.
- Commercial garage spaces are reserved for Bosa-owned businesses and Savina staff.
- EV charging stations are for active charging only — vehicles must be moved as soon as charging is complete.
