A towing policy agreement is in place with Western Towing as Savina’s service provider. In the event someone is incorrectly parked in your parking space, please reach out to the Front Desk: (619) 255-1204. If the incorrect vehicle parked is registered in our system, a Front Desk team member will make an attempt to contact the vehicle owner before the parking space owner calls for tow. Vehicle Registration with the Front Desk is highly recommended.
If a vehicle is incorrectly parked in your parking space and the owner of the vehicle was unable to be contacted or your vehicle was towed, please contact the Front Desk: (619-255-1204) and /or Western Towing: (619) 297-8697. As a reminder, the towing fee is the vehicle owner’s responsibility that was incorrectly parked and the responsibility to tow a vehicle is on the owner of the parking space, as such Management is not permitted to tow out of resident spaces.
