MAINTENACE REMINDER: EXERCISE ANGLE STOPS AND WATER VALVES
To help prevent corrosion and calcium buildup, it’s important to regularly exercise (open and close) the angle stops and hot/cold water valves under your sink and behind the toilets.
Over time, these valves can seize due to miner deposits, making emergency shut off impossible and leaning to costly repairs.
What to do:
- Turn each valve fully on and off a couple times
- Do this every 3-6 month to keep them in working condition

RETRIVING PACAKGES
To ensure the stock room operates efficiently, it is essential that all packages are picked up from the package room promptly.
Timely retrieval of deliveries helps prevent clutter and congestion, making it easier for staff to organize and access inventory as needed.
With so many packages arriving, your help would be invaluable and appreciated!
USE CAUTION WHEN EXITING THE GARAGE
As a reminder, please use extra caution when exiting the garage.
Drivers should proceed slowly and be aware of their surroundings, including pedestrians, cyclists, and other vehicles.
Sudden exits or speeding can lead to dangerous situations, especially in shared spaces with limited visibility.
Taking a few extra seconds to check for cross-traffic and foot traffic can make a big difference in keeping everyone safe. Let’s work together to maintain a secure and considerate environment for all residents and guests.
QUIET ENJOYMENT FOR ALL
Let’s work together to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment at Savina. As a reminder, residents are asked to keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
This includes televisions, music, phone conversations, and even pet noise.
If you’re planning a gathering or using speakers, please be considerate of your neighbors. Also remember, sound and vibration should not travel through shared walls or floors.

POOL AREA GUEST POLICY
As we enjoy the summer season, please be reminded of the guest policy for the pool area, as stated in the Savina Residential Handbook:
Section 22.8 – Pool, Spa and Barbecue Rules
“The use of the pool is expressly limited to Residential Owners, occupants, lessees and their invited guests. Each unit is limited to four (4) guests total, at any given time. At no time shall any group monopolize the facilities.”
To ensure all residents can enjoy the amenities comfortably, please limit your party to this guest maximum and be courteous in shared spaces.

GARAGE SPEED REMINDER
To maintain a safe environment for all residents and visitors, all drivers must operate their vehicles at a safe and controlled speed within the parking garage.
Per the Savina Residential Handbook (12.4 Speed and Lights):
The maximum speed limit is 5 miles per hour, and all drivers are required to observe this limit at all times.
Blind spots may be present, so it is recommended that headlights be turned on while driving in the garage to enhance visibility.
These guidelines are in place to protect the community and ensure smooth traffic flow throughout the garage. As a community, we sincerely value your cooperation and the respect you show to your fellow residents by following these guidelines.
