EMERGANCY EVACUATION ASSISTANCE

If you, or someone in your household, would have difficulty using the stairs or may need help from first responders (e.g., due to mobility issues, medical conditions, or other circumstances), we kindly ask that you inform the front desk.

This information will be shared with emergency personnel, such as the fire department, to ensure a swift and safe evacuation process when needed.

Your cooperation helps us better support all residents and emergency teams during critical situations. If you have any questions or would like to update your status at any time, please contact the front desk.

Thank you for your attention and support in keeping our community safe.

POOL ETIQUETTE REMINDER

As we enjoy the summer season, we kindly remind all residents to place a towel down on pool chairs and loungers before using them.

This simple step helps prevent staining and buildup from sunscreen, sweat, and moisture, which can cause damage to the furniture and create an unpleasant experience for the next guest.

Using a towel also helps us preserve the quality of the pool cushions and keeps the area looking fresh and inviting for everyone.

Thank you for doing your part to maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful shared space at Savina!

PROPER BALCONY CLEANING

Please be reminded that when cleaning your balcony or deck, care must be taken to ensure that no water, debris, or cleaning solutions extend beyond the boundaries of your private area.

As outlined in Section 4.2.7 of the Residential Handbook, all balcony cleaning must be done in a controlled manner that prevents any runoff or dripping onto neighboring units or common areas.

Residents are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by water or items falling from their balcony.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and clean-living environment for all.

BALCONY PLANT WATRING GUIDELINES

This is a friendly reminder that all potted plants on balconies must be properly maintained to prevent water spillage onto other units or common areas. As stated in Section 4.2.4 of the Residential Handbook, all pots must have trays placed underneath them and be elevated to allow airflow and prevent standing water.

Please ensure that:

  • Trays are securely placed under all pots.
  • Trays and pots are raised to allow proper drainage and airflow.
  • Plants are positioned to avoid blocking drains or dripping onto neighboring balconies.

Your cooperation in following these guidelines helps protect the building and maintain a pleasant environment for all residents.

CORRECT HANDLING OF OVERSIZED BOXES

Residents are kindly reminded that all large cardboard boxes must be completely broken down and taken directly to the P1 trash room for proper disposal.

Under no circumstances should oversized boxes be placed in or forced down the trash chute, as this can result in significant clogs, chute damage, and disruptions to waste management services for the entire building.

Your cooperation helps maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our shared facilities. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

GUEST GARAGE ACCESS PROCEDURE

To maintain the safety and security of our community, we kindly ask that all residents notify the front desk in advance if they are expecting guests who will need access to the parking garage.

This allows our team to prepare and assist with their entry in a timely manner.

If you are unable to call ahead, please plan to meet your guests in the lobby or at the garage entrance to let them in personally.

For security reasons, we cannot allow unregistered guests or vehicles access without prior notice or resident escort.

Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and smooth experience for all residents and their visitors.
