GARAGE GATE REPAIR – AUGUST 26 & 27, 2025
Vortex will be repairing the garage gate on Tuesday, August 26th, and Wednesday, August 27th.
This is expected to be a two-day project. Please make alternate arrangements if the garage work will impact your day to day, such as, by parking outside or adjusting your leave time.
Please note that no deliveries or moves will be scheduled on these days, and between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, there may be short delays (about 15–20 minutes) getting in and out of the garage.

Please keep your windows closed during your scheduled dates, and remove any items that may obstruct access to windows or ledges.
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS: 35th ANNUAL OPERATION CLEAN SWEEP ON SAN DIEGO BAY
The event removes trash and debris from the bay and surrounding waterfront. Volunteer divers, boaters, and walkers are needed. Volunteers on August 23 will receive a free t-shirt and an after party hosted by the San Diego Working Waterfront at Shelter Island Shoreline Park.

LOUD CARS ENTERING/EXITING GARAGE
We understand that some vehicles run louder than others. However, it is kindly requested that residents with louder cars avoid making excessively noisy entrances or exits in the garage or directly in front of the building, especially during early morning or late evening hours. Your consideration helps keep our community peaceful for everyone.
PROPER DISPOSAL OF CAT LITTER
For the cleanliness and safety of our building, please do not dispose of cat litter in the trash chutes. Instead, securely bag the litter and take it down to P1 for proper disposal in the designated dumpster.
