PALM TREE REPLACEMENT NOTICE – SEPTEMBER 22–26
Please be advised that from September 22nd through September 26th, work will begin on the replacement of five palm trees on the 5th floor pool deck area.
These new installations are being made to replace five existing trees that have deteriorated beyond recovery.
During this time, construction activity will affect the jacuzzi and cabana areas, which will be off-limits for resident use.
Additionally, access to the pool will be limited — residents may only use the northwest (NW) side of the pool until the project is completed.
Please note:
Dates are tentative and subject to change depending on the progress of the work.
Once construction begins and we have a clearer timeline, we will provide updates regarding potential after-hours access to the jacuzzi and cabanas.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to enhance the pool deck environment for everyone’s enjoyment.
WI-FI REPAIRS SCHEDULED – SEPTEMBER 22-26
Management was aware of the ongoing internet connectivity issues throughout Savina, and we understand how frustrating this has been.
In response, we have scheduled necessary Wi-Fi repairs and upgrades to improve service quality for everyone.
Repairs are set for September 22nd – September 30th
During this time, Wi-Fi will be unavailable in all amenity areas, including:
- Lobby
- Social Lounge
- Business Lounge
- Garage
- Gym
- Pool Deck
- BBQ Area
Please note, we are still confirming with our service providers whether these repairs will impact internet service section by section or community-wide.
We will provide clarity as soon as this is determined.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding while this important work is completed.
These upgrades are critical to restoring and enhancing reliable internet service across the community.
As we receive updates from the service technicians, we will continue to share timely progress reports and notify you of any changes.

BALCONY SMOKING ETIQUETTE
We kindly remind all residents to be courteous of your neighbors when smoking on your balcony.
Please remember that disposing of cigarettes or other smoking remnants over the balcony, flicking cigarette butts, or ashing from your balcony is strictly prohibited.
These actions not only create an unpleasant environment but also pose safety and cleanliness concerns for the community.
We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment for everyone.
UPCOMING WINDOW WASHING SCHEDULE
Window washing will begin soon at Savina. Please see the schedule below, and take note of which side the building will be cleaned:
- West Side: Monday, August 25 – Thursday, August 28
- North Side: Friday, August 29 – Wednesday, September 3
- East Side: Wednesday, September 3 – Monday, September 8
- South Side: Tuesday, September 9 – Friday, September 12
- Pool Deck, Community Room, Street-Level Windows:
Monday, September 15 – Wednesday, September 17
Please keep your windows closed during your scheduled dates, and remove any items that may obstruct access to windows or ledges.
PING PONG SET UP
We are happy to share that ping pong paddles and balls are now conveniently located under the ping pong table on the 4th floor for all residents to enjoy.
For the benefit of everyone, please remember to return the paddles and balls to their spot under the table once you are finished playing.
