UPDATES FROM THE BOARD

Pool & BBQ Area Furniture

The Board gave the thumbs-up to the Restoration Hardware proposal for our new pool and BBQ furniture, which the Amenities Committee suggested. Huge thanks to the committee for their awesome work, and a special shout-out to all homeowners who shared their thoughts—it really helped us make the right choice. If you haven’t seen the amazing mood board the committee, put together, it’s hanging out in the lobby. You absolutely have to check it out!

Change of Landscape Vendor

The Board also approved the Landscape Committee’s recommendation to bring on a new landscape vendor, BrightView. They’ll also be our in-house arborist, which will help us keep our landscaping running smoothly and tackle those ongoing palm tree issues. Plus, their services are a bit more budget-friendly than our current provider, so we’ve moved the start date up from January 1 to November 1.

Cardio Equipment Refresh

After looking at seven quotes from five vendors, the Amenities Committee suggested we go with Technogym Excite Live. The Board will now start looking at the next steps and put together a PDF of the equipment for everyone to review.
