Repairs are expected to continue during the weeks of November 10–21, 2025.

This investigation is an important and necessary step in addressing the Association’s construction defect claims.

Please also note that consultants will be photo-documenting conditions and defects during the course of their work.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as this process moves forward.

ACO OFFICE ENTRY DOOR – STAFF ONLY

To help maintain building security and smooth operations, we’d like to remind residents that the side glass door located before the commercial gate, leading directly to the ACO office, is designated for staff use only.

Residents are kindly asked not to use this door as an entry or exit at any time.

For security purposes, this door will remain locked at all times, except during active package and delivery processing.

Please note that our staff will not be able to unlock this door to allow access to the lobby.

VENDOR ACCESS AND PARKING PROCEDURES

To help ensure a smooth arrival process for your vendors and service providers, we kindly ask that residents notify the Front Desk in advance whenever a vendor is expected.

Providing advance notice allows our team to assist with proper check-in, avoid traffic delays in the garage, and reduce confusion about where vendors are headed.

This communication also helps maintain building security, as it prevents unnecessary concern when residents report unknown or stalled vehicles in the garage.

We understand that last-minute repairs may occasionally arise, however, please note that vendor or guest parking is not guaranteed unless it is scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

Vendors should plan to utilize street parking or you may choose to allow them to use your assigned parking space.

Thank you for your cooperation and partnership in keeping daily operations safe and seamless for everyone in the community.

BALCONY SATETY NOTICE
