SAFETY COMMITTEE SURVEY
Dear Residents,
We wanted to make you aware of a recent incident where a confused resident unintentionally knocked on multiple doors and gained access to units without being invited in.
While no harm was intended, this has understandably raised some safety concerns. The Safety Committee has discussed this matter and would like to gather community feedback on the idea of limiting resident fob access to only their own floor and common amenity areas.
A survey will be sent out shortly to collect your thoughts and comments on this potential change. In the meantime, for your safety, we kindly ask that you keep your doors locked and exercise caution when responding to a knock or doorbell. Please make sure you recognize and acknowledge who is at your door before opening it.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Resident Safety Access Survey:
Recently, a resident unintentionally entered other units due to confusion, raising safety concerns. The Safety Committee is considering recommending to the Board that elevator access be limited to a resident’s own floor and common amenities only.
Do you support this proposed change?
- Yes – Limit access to my floor and common areas only
- No – Keep current unrestricted access between floors

VOTING METHOD FOR UPCOMING DECEMBER ELECTION DEADLINE
By now, every owner should have received a notice from Ballot Box regarding how they intend to vote in the upcoming December election.
The deadline to change your preferred voting method is, Wednesday August 20th, 2025
While we encourage everyone to use the electronic ballot option for convenience and efficiency, we understand that some owners may prefer a paper ballot instead.
Once you’ve made your decision, please email Jabbear Swinton at jswinton@actionlife.com so we can ensure the system is updated accordingly.
Thank you for your participation!

PACKAGE PICK UP PROTCOL
We understand that you’re eager to receive your packages promptly, and we truly appreciate your patience. However, we kindly ask that residents wait until they receive a package notification from Savina before coming to pick up any deliveries.
If a package has not yet been scanned in, it means it is still in the process of being logged. Our ACO team processes packages as quickly as possible, but with multiple carriers delivering throughout the day and a large volume of packages arriving, it takes time to properly scan and log each item. Requesting unscanned packages at the front desk takes away from our ACO team and delays their ability to scan and process all packages efficiently. To help us maintain a smooth and timely package system for everyone, please allow our team the necessary time to complete this process.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
