Fresh Looks Coming: RH has delivered the final design briefs, now under review by the Amenities Committee.
Healthy Moves Ahead: The Board recently held its first cardio refresh workshop and will continue the conversation with the Amenities Committee at an upcoming workshop session.
Eyes on the Details: Board members completed a second walkthrough of the building to help identify ways to keep our shared spaces in top condition.
MAIN GATE BACK IN SERVICE
Management is pleased to announce that Vortex has completed the repairs on the main gate, and it is now back in full working order.
The gate will continue to operate on its regular schedule: closing each evening at sunset and reopening at 6:00 a.m. the following morning.
Your patience and understanding while these repairs were underway is greatly appreciated, as the gate plays an important role in keeping the community restricted and running smoothly.
Thank you for working with Management through the inconvenience. Your cooperation makes it possible to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
UPCOMING WINDOW WASHING SCHEDULE
Window washing will begin soon at Savina. Please see the schedule below, and take note of which side the building will be cleaned:
- West Side: Monday, August 25 – Thursday, August 28
- North Side: Friday, August 29 – Wednesday, September 3
- East Side: Wednesday, September 3 – Monday, September 8
- South Side: Tuesday, September 9 – Friday, September 12
- Pool Deck, Community Room, Street-Level Windows:
Monday, September 15 – Wednesday, September 17
Please keep your windows closed during your scheduled dates, and remove any items that may obstruct access to windows or ledges.
ROOFTOP FUNDRAISER AT MARGARITAVILLE HOTEL
Get ready for an unforgettable evening in the Gaslamp Quarter! Margaritaville Hotel San Diego is hosting a rooftop fundraiser on Friday, August 29, 2025, at the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar to celebrate the legacy of Jimmy Buffett and support the San Diego Music Foundation.
Guests can enjoy live music under the stars, take part in a silent auction, and indulge in food and drinks—with a portion of dining proceeds going directly to local music education programs.
Plus, the hotel is offering a special “Keep The Party Going Package” for stays through September 25, featuring 20% off rooms, souvenir cups, and a $5 nightly donation to the cause.

RETURNING HOA CARTS
We kindly ask all residents to return the Association’s flat carts and bell carts to the lobby promptly after use. Please do not leave carts in the elevator lobbies, in the hallways, or outside your unit.
These carts are intended for temporary use to ensure that all residents have access throughout the day.
It has become a common occurrence for carts to be kept in units for multiple days, which is not permitted.
Your understanding and cooperation in helping Management keep these shared resources available and convenient for everyone is greatly appreciated.
PETS MUST BE LEASHED IN THE PET RETREAT
As a friendly reminder, all pets must remain on a leash at all times while in the pet retreat area, even if there are no dogs currently present.
This guideline is outlined in Section 6.5 of the Handbook and helps ensure the safety and comfort of all residents and their pets.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our pet retreat a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.
