EMERGENCY GENERATOR

As most of you may now the emergency generator arc flashed last week and caused a small fire. The generator itself was tested and is in good working condition. The only issue is the panel that connects the building to the generator was damaged and in need of repair. That repair work started last week and continued Thursday, April 25th with HMT and Global Power running the new wires and panel. The plan is to have the generator up and running by Friday, April 26th. We will send a separate email out to the community once it is tested and fully operational.

BOOK CLUB

The April selection is “Sooley” by John Grisham. The Book Club’s next meeting is on Monday, April 29th at 6pm in the Business Center.

ONGOING BUILDING MAINTENANCE
• Generator repairs

COMPLETED BUILDING MAINTENANCE
• 4th floor swing area repairs
• Back lobby door repaired

PETS OF SAVINA

Meet Kona, the resilient one-eyed Shih Tzu. Born sixteen years ago, Kona’s tale is one of courage, resilience, and unwavering loyalty. In his early years, Kona explored the lush fields of Michigan, but as life unfolded, Kona found himself amidst the bustling streets of Chicago, where he embraced the urban hustle with boundless enthusiasm. In the vibrant city of Las Vegas, amidst the glittering lights and desert landscapes, Kona discovered a new sense of adventure. However, it was in San Diego, the final stop on Kona’s journey, where he faced his greatest challenge. A daring leap from a fourth-story balcony tested Kona’s resilience like never before. Miraculously, he survived the fall, his indomitable spirit shining through even in the face of adversity. Now, in the twilight of his years,
Kona has found solace in the tranquil shores of San Diego. Though his days of daring escapades may be behind him, Kona’s spirit remains as vibrant as ever, a testament to the resilience and boundless love of a canine companion.
